Moves Coldbrim Hat to the Feet slot, adds a Hat with Ice Acuity

Hat of Fire Acuity? Okay.
Hat of Storm Scion's Power? Makes sense.
But how, in the name of Shiva's ice-cold BUTTHOLE, is there no Ice Acuity Hat??
Well now there is. Icy Chapeau of Equitable Treatment is its name, because Ice Sorcerers are mad, but we aren't bitter.
"Uh, but Mr. Minister, we already have Coldbrim Hat, a pretty sweet Ice head slot item."
That's not the POINT, man. The point is, like, that we get an Acuity hat, too. But I am not insensitive to your predicament.
So I changed the Hat to Coldbrim Boots. So now we get both. Is this overpowered? No. It's called justice.
The newly minted Boots are in the same place as the hat would be:
Where is the new Ice Acuity Hat? Well, let me just say, that true adventurers who seek out new challenges in the unknown will find it during their playthroughs.
Installation
Install via BG3 Mod Manager. I don't think this will work if you've already looted either the Coldbrim Hat or the container where the new item drops. You'll probably have to use Spawn Any Item with UIDs MAG_Ice_ArcaneAcuityOnIceDamage_Hat and MAG_Frost_GenerateFrostOnStatusApply_Boots.
