Decrease the Action costs of Wild Shape to allow more shapeshifting

Ever had to sit through some intense cutscenes with a Dilophosaurus in the background? Stuck in Wolf when it turns out a Bear would have been a much better choice? Tired of forgetting to Wild Shape before the battle starts and now using the full Action Point almost seems like overkill? Then this is the mod for you!
Shapeshifting Unleashed decreases the cost of the Wild Shape ability for all Druids. Stars, Spores, and Land now only need a Bonus Action Point, while Circle of the Moon Druids can shift as a Free Action.
But Minister, that doesn't help, my druid will just burn through Wild Shape Charges faster. Oh ho ho, just hold on to your spectacled pantaloons, young druid. Because Shapeshifting Unleashed actually reduces the amount of charges you receive (1 a level 2, then 1 at 5, 8, and 11) but allows you to dismiss the shape and refund the charges spent! As long as you don't get the shape knocked out of you, you can reuse the charge!
But Minister, that's neat, but there's only two shapes that are useful. Are you sure you're a druid? You don't seem druish to me. In addition to some minor increases, with the reduced cost, you can find a lot more uses for different shapes, situationally. Or don't. Owlbear from the top rope everything. I don't decide how you want to play.
But Minister, can't Moons use the Free Action cost to heal themselves, gain near unlimited mobility, or otherwise abuse mechanics? Honestly, I don't even know. Yes? Don't do that. Or do. I just like shapeshifting.

All Druids received 1 Wild Shape Charge at level 2, 1 at level 5, 1 at level 8, and 1 and level 11.
That's 4 charges, if you're keeping score at home.
Circle of the Moon can now use Wild Shape as a free action.
All other Circles can now use Wild Shape as a bonus action.
Dismiss Wild Shape action refunds the charges spent on the form (1 in most cases, 2 for Myrmidons).

Add the zip file to BG3MM. Load Order shouldn't matter much, but the lower the better. You should be able to add this mod mid-playthrough, but you'll probably have to respec. Please post if you have any questions or issues.

This probably won't work with other Druid class overhauls like Syrchalis's Druid Perfection, which is another neat way to upgrade Wild Shape. If you don't like this mod, you should try that one!

- Badgers enjoy a progressively higher armor class, from AC 12 at level 2 up to AC 22 at 12.
- Giant Spider Bite is a ranged attack (9m).
- Cats have triple jump range.
