It gives Astarion a happy trail and pubic hair! Depending on the version it will also remove his abs.
How do I install it?
Just like any other mod, you drop the .pak in your mods folder and enable it in BG3MM

The mod will conflict with other mods that edit Astarion's appearance (though equipment edits should be fine.)
