This special bow can be found in the Tutorial Chest on the nautiloid.

While equipped, the power of both Raijin and Fujin courses through you, enabling you to summon powerful lightning bolts and thunderstorms at will without using spell slots (as it is a power given by the gods)!
Works in Patch 8!
UPDATE 3.0:
The Bow can now be obtained by defeating Ansur.
These 3 spells get added after equipment:
Raijin's Rage
Shoot a powerful arrow covered in lightning at your enemies, shocking them to the bone while also damaging surrounding foes!
Conjure Fujin's Tears
Create an electricuted water surface on hit and deal damage by targeting enemies!
Vaporize Fujin's Tears
Target the electricuted ground to vaporize the surface, removing it. You are also able to damage enemies by targeting them directly!
