I was asked to make a Raphael Origin character replacer for those who want to roleplay Raphael being a party member, so I made two. You can download either, or both versions, if you just can't get enough of that devil.
It only changes their visuals, not their voices, names, dialogue, or anything else.
A copy of Raphael's clothing is sent to the camp chest on startup so you can get them from there if you want. They have the same stats as the character''s vanilla gear, if you want some fun spells try my The House of Hope Couture mod, which has Raphael's clothing with some of his spells, including the ability to shapeshift into his ascended fiend form.
All Astarion and Gale's models have been changed, including the half-dressed ones used in Astarion's romance scenes and in the Cazador fight, and Gale's Astral projections and God form.
You may also want my Cambion's Companion mod, so your Raphael can summon Haarlep to aid in battle.
My Dress That Devil mod enables you to switch into Raphael's cambion form, and still equip clothing.
In case his colour presets get changed by a cc mod such as Appearance Edit Enhanced, his presets are skin tone neutral 6, eye colour brown 2, and I've added his hair colour to cc under Raphael.
This mod won't change Raphael himself, only the relevant companion.
This mod was made in the official toolkit, so incompatible with game versions prior to patch 7.
