go to vortex after collection is done installing
on the left press load order
press "import from" on the top
press "import from file"
when it asks you which one, use the "revision 22 load order" file you saw in this folder.
thats it. if its in alphabetical order, it did not apply. this file does not support any additional mods aside from "polyamory fixes" from the bg3 in game mod manager.
