Changelogs
Version 1.0.0.25
Three new cantrips: Quickstep, Springheel, and Phantom Grapnel. I wanted to give some more options for your bonus action, and give you a few non-damage options for your cantrips.
Two new tricks, both altering the aforementioned cantrips: Mystic Athlete and Phantom Hookshot.
Fix an issue where Kings could end up granting their allies infinite attacks, which was slightly unbalanced. The logic for Stratagem: Gambit has been improved, and you should no longer remove it by attacking the creature yourself. Adjust some timings to avoid applying things and then having them immediately wear off.
Implement Kings' level 18 ability as a once-per-combat feature. Seemed fitting with the roll-initiative features.
Force Buckler only fades when you're *hit* by an attack, not when any attack against you is made.
Version 1.0.0.23
Introduce the House of Bishops, a third-caster Warmage with limited access to levelled spells.
As part of this, the logic for multi-attack Edge spells has been reworked slightly. Warmages don't actually get any multi-attack cantrips at the moment, so this mainly affects Bishops and anyone multiclassing to Twin spells.
Adjust Lancers dealing more damage than expected when their Strength modifier is low. Their unarmoured AC has increased from [10 + Int] to [10 + Dex + Int].
Flexible Range is now limited to cantrips with melee spell attacks (aka it does not benefit Arc Blade). I'm hoping this will feel a little less arbitrary if/when I add more blade cantrips to the mod.
Version 1.0.0.19
Hotfix: I've noticed that the unarmed Arc Blade action, while it works fine for me in the toolkit, doesn't always appear in-game. Until I can figure out why, I've just manually added it to Lancers.
Version 1.0.0.16
There were some issues where Arc Blade would mix up when to use an unarmed strike / melee weapon attack. I've split them into two cantrips, Arc Blade and Arc Blade (Unarmed), the latter of which should pop up when you become a Lancer and have Arc Blade.
Some statuses are now properly removed on respec. If you've already respecc'd, they should be removed upon your next load.
Version 1.0.0.13
Introduce the House of Lancers. This one uses a few odd hacks and doesn't play nice with tooltips, so I considered cordoning them off to an optional file. But for now, they're in the main roster.
When Pawns select a second Fighting Style, this does not appear as an unnamed Class Passive.
Arc Blade does not prevent you from using unarmed strike, though it still requires a melee weapon to use. Its extra arc more reliably does not benefit from Warmage Edge.
Explosive Cantrip should trigger appropriately. I've also upped its range a bit (from 1.5m to 2m).
Force Buckler should now correctly require a free hand.
Spell "manoeuvre" and its many terrible vowels consistently.
Version 1.0.0.11
Remove incorrectly added dependency.
Version 1.0.0.10
Fill in some icons.
Fix some tooltip errors, such as with Knight's Aegis and Bishop's Manoeuvre. Adjust the wording and highlighting on some others.
The Striker Fighting Style now works with any melee cantrip, not just Warmage cantrips.
Strategic Deflection works when you succeed on the saving throw, not when you fail.
The Castle Trick properly unlocks when you select it.
Rook's Flash of Feathers should correctly double your movement.
Version 1.0.0.9
Some issues with its triggers aside, I wasn't happy with the implementation of Arcane Surge as an interrupt. It made using it or saving it for an opportune time a bit of a bother. It's now a toggleable passive that should show up prominently on the hotbar.
Hopefully fix an issue where the Resistive Fighting Style would fail to apply on certain status changes.
Version 1.0.0.7
Arcane Surge should not ask to be activated when using utility cantrips or just casting on objects.
The icon for Adaptive Arcanist: Poison Spray is now actually Poison Spray.
Fix a typo that was using American English instead of the game's standard British English (gasps, shocks, an audience member faints).
