Simple patch that retains the revamped Alfira but shows the equipped armour/clothing.

Make sure this is loaded after Both required mods.
You can safely install this mid-save just her outfit, camp outfit, dye etc will not be available unless you spawn them in using console(check articles for spawn codes) or Easy Cheat(this I recommend much easier). If on a new save she'll have everything available spawned on her after recruiting.
Please let me know if I messed up anything else. I pretty much made this at 3am in the morning. lmao
