Improved Spiritual weapon. Spiritual weapon now has an action, uses its action for attacks and gets an extra attack starting at level 3. It still uses it's bonus action to use its weapon action cooldown. The HP bonus is also every level instead of every other level.
Improved Guiding Bolt: Upcasting damage increased to 2d6 per level from 1d6 per level (now deals the same damage as scorching ray).

I always wanted to like Light Domain clerics, but always found them underwhelming. While base game Radiance of The Dawn is very strong in the early game, it falls off pretty hard around level 5 and the subclass doesn't have much else going for it. This mod seeks to make Light Domain channel divinity useful through the whole game and allow light domain clerics to be a viable alternative to other casters like evocation wizards and sorcerers, while fulfilling their own niche with a support sub-focus. Look below for the list of changes included in this mod.
General Cleric Changes
Spiritual Weapon (improved) -Movement increased to 30ft. Flying movement increased to 60ft. -Added opportunity attack/ reaction point -Now has an action point and uses it's action for attacks. Note, it still uses its bonus action to use its weapon action cooldown. -Now gets an extra attack starting at spell level 3 -HP bonus (8hp) now granted at every spell level instead of every 2 spell levels. (damage increase remains the same) -(Maul Only) Damage changed to bludgeoning for better skeletal bonking.
Guiding Bolt (improved) -Upcasting damage increased to 2d6 per level from 1d6 per level.
Level 1
New Ability: Warding Flare (Castable Version) -Combat only -Costs a bonus action -Applies the Warding Flare status to an ally for 3 turns. The next attack against a warded ally has disadvantage and removes Warding Flare.
Level 2
Radiance of The Dawn (improved): -Damage changed to: Level x 2 + Proficiency Bonus + Wisdom Modifier -Applies blinded for 2 turns on failed saving throw.
New Channel Divinity: Solar Flare -Cost 1 action, 1 channel divinity -60 ft range, single target -CON Save -Damage: Level x 4 + Wisdom Modifier + Proficiency Bonus Radiant Damage. -Applies blinded for 5 turns on failed saving throw. -Does half damage on save.

Light Domain Spell Additions: -Moonbeam

Potent Spellcasting (improved) -Add your wisdom modifier to the damage of ALL spells you cast that deal fire or radiant damage. (this also applies to Radiance of the Dawn and Solar Flare)
