Ice Ball
Type: Ranged Spell Attack using Wisdom Modifier
Cost: Bonus Action Point and KiPoint
Range: 9m
Explode Radius: 2m
Damage: Martial Arts Die + Wisdom Modifier Cold
Description: On a hit, deals damage and applies 4 turns of *Encrusted with Frost to your target. Applies 2 turns of encrusted with frost to any enemies within 2m. Also, creates a 2m ice surface for 2 turns.
Ice Slide
Type: Passive
Description: When standing on a water or ice surface, you have +3m movement speed, +1 Armor Class, and +1 to attack rolls. Additionally, you are immune to falling prone from slipping on ice.

Freezing Strikes
Type: Passive
Description: Your unarmed strikes deal additional cold damage equal to your wisdom modifier and apply 2 turns of Encrusted with Frost.
Resistance to Cold Damage

Ice Clones
Type: Buff
Cost: Action Point
Cooldown: Long Rest
Description: Create three icy clones of yourself that increase your Armor Class by 3. The clones last until a long rest. When an enemy misses you with an attack, one of the clones explodes, dealing cold damage equal to your wisdom modifier to any enemies within a 3m radius. Additionally, it creates a 3m ice surface and applies 8 turns of Encrusted with Frost.
