Want to play the game as a Necromancer? These changes help support that. I based this on Airavat's mod "Necrotic - Black Draconic Bloodline (Sorcerer Subclass)", but tried to break game balance less, and added spells to Sorcerer's repertoire.
Black Draconic bloodline (not Dragonborn though) now gives a damage/resistance boost for necrotic instead of acid
Black Draconic bloodline also gives Inflict Wounds as a starting spell instead of the original spell
Adds Arms of Hadar, Animate Dead, and Create Undead to the list of available Sorcerer spells as you level up
Adds a Necrotic version of the Elemental Adept feat
