When playing my soul knife mystic a few things stood out to me immediately. The first was that it was super fun, the
second was that the dual dagger build needed a bit of spice to take on (heavily modded) tactician. When designing the gear
I tried to leverage the unique properties of a dual-wield martial build to reward multiple hits with psychic weapons by use
of damage riders. The items can of course be used by just about any build that frequently does psychic damage, not just
soul knife mystic.
The items can be found in two ways. For convenience lovers, the items are in the tutorial chest wrapped up in their own
