This mod adds a staff and hat that push the limits for cold casters in terms of damage and control. The hat adds a
few conditions to cold damage, with the notable inclusion of chilled - which in the base game is often
gated behind options that are annoying or sub-optimal. The Staff adds some debilitating factors of its own as well as
damage, granted that you are casting cold spells to take advantage of it.
The items can be found in two ways. For convenience lovers, all items are in the tutorial chest wrapped up in their own
