Fixed issue allowing melee attacks to trigger dart procs
* Adds 8 darts to the game: +2, Lightning, Darkness, Thorny, Burning, Exploding, Poison, and Icy * Darts can be thrown as intended (not through the Throw mechanic) and are not consumed. * Added Devil's Dagger to the game, which are returning daggers that also add Sneaky Dagger skills -- Sneaky Dagger adds Sneak Attack damage to thrown damage if the player is a Rogue * Added Dwarven Thrower and Shoes of Slinging to the mod vendor * If your Dexterity is higher than your Strength, your thrown attacks will now add Dex Bonus damage to the damage roll (attack roll still uses Strength). -- Dwarf Tossing (another mod of mine) should also benefit from the Dex damage, though Str still affects throw distance.
