I need an explanation - this mod changes racial features but has nothing to do with feats, right? I mean, I already have mods that edit feats, and this mod uses the language "feats" very commonly which worries me, but it actually should be compatible as it just touches racial features and does absolutely nothing with feats, right?
If I could make a request, would it be possible to make a version of this mod that only removes the Civil Militia feature from the base race, and instead adds the appropriate Elven/Drow Weapon Training for the respective subraces? It'd be great for those of us who in general like the vanilla half-elf, but wants to play one raised in an Elvish or Seldarine environemnt.
Hey, I have an idea, too. What about adding the Human Versatility trait from humans to the Elven Weapon Training replacer, and remove Fey Ancestry, for balance. (so elven weapon + human versatility, darkvision stays; civil militia and fey out). I feel like this makes the most sense for half-elf, though it does make human class even more obsolete, lol. But I'd get a mod if I roll human, anyway.
Yes this includes the movement reduction. You'll be playing with all the stats a Duergar would have but remain a half elf for visuals and story. Unfortunately I can't remove the High Elf cantrip without causing crashes on existing saves in certain occasions.
Hello, thank you for your hard work. May i ask you to change Half Elves (or Humans) to get Mephistopheles, and/or Zariel, Tiefling traits and racial features? I would like to do it by myself, but i can't use the .pak extractor (it crash) to get the originals files.
Will this affect npc's in the game as in they will also be half orc's stat wise - you mentioned this in the mod description but said it was for shadowheart. Also, will this any dialogue options (as in characters will think I'm actually half orc)?
I haven't found any non player characters so far that use the same race as the main character or origin characters. One may show up somewhere but I haven't seen them, NPC's seem to have their own "race". This will not change dialogue this is merely a passive swap.
