Flashy Mod in which you play as THE LORD God of all Judeo-Christianity variants to ever exist. God is bored and takes a vacation in this place called Faerun, the Angels say it is a pretty fun place to roleplay
- Permissions and credits
I had put this mod on hold when the Modding Tool was announced. However the Modding Tool was not at all what I was expecting, so unless it is massively improved in the future this mod will be put on hold. I am uploading it because its "playable" in its current state, however the number values are way off as I haven't balanced the numbers(since I was going to do it post mod tool) and a few spells aren't done.
This mod was extremely complicated to make, I had to do a bunch of wacky loops among other things that probably aren't intended to get the desired effects. I haven't worked on it in a few months and to be quite honest when I look at the code I wrote I'm not even sure how I got some of these effects to work, it all looks like an alien language to me now (I took up modding for fun, so writing computer stuff down is something I haven't been doing at all during my break). The mod is simply too time consuming to finish and the Modding Tool seemed promising, but until it is improved(hopefully) I don't know if I will work on this again.
IMPORTANT
- You MUST be a Human Female for this class to work. The animations do not resemble the base-game anymore. This includes permanent flight, edgy anime slashes where they "slash the air" swords flying in a circle around you, summoning the Pacific Ocean, calling meteors down from the sky, creating pocket Thunderstorms, Black Holes, Launching planets at people etc.
- The mod doesn't use any scripts or anything, so it shouldn't have any issues since the last time I playtested a few months ago. As of Patch 7 I have successfully launched the game, created the class, and made sure at the very least there are no crashes from simply casting a spell.
I would have playtested more, but the Native Camera Tweaks mod isn't working and I really do not want to play the game without it. I had no idea the default camera was so bad until I launched the game today, yucky!
A trope that has always bothered me in various TV shows, books, anime, novels, etc is that "Heaven and God" are always either missing from the plot, don't care about the plot, or for some reason get shat on by the "bad guy"
I cannot think of a SINGLE example of some media where "hell/demons" are attacking X place, and Seraphim Crown Prince Archangel Saint Michael or God comes down and shits on them. It's always either something stupid like
-"We will send ONE angel, by the way its also a baby you need to train"
-"Heaven is fucking useless and dies (Diablo)"
-"Heaven doesn't care about whatever is happening(Bayonetta)"
Etc.
Yeah, the plot would end if God came down and shat on everything. But you know what, who cares? I just want to see some crazy show about an omnipotent heavenly force railing everything. Just ONE you know?
So thats why I made this mod. You are THE LORD God of every Branch, Faith, and Religion of Judeo-Christianity to ever exist or that will exist.
The spells are all crazy and over the top, but somehow don't destroy the planet because well, your God! Who in God's name with argue with you?

When you create a new character with this Class all your Equipment will be in the Ark
God is super cool! They have permanent flight when moving around
God has an array of very reasonable spells, power-scaled to Faerun! God isn't some kind of cheater!
Create a 40 day flood(3 turns) in camp just like you did with your buddy Noah! I'm sure your companions won't mind!
Some guy in Rivington stole your Chicken Wing so as a very reasonable punishment you burn the entirety of Rivington Alive!
Make it really bright!
Gortash: "What the hell do you mean, thats God? Don't be ridic... Orin, do you smell something?"
God has gotten really into Demon Slayer and wants to do cool sword attacks! Doesn't do alot of damage though....
Fire black holes! That don't implode Faerun because uhh... God wills it!
Your the boss? Hmm... no, I'm the boss!
You call this a Shadow Curse? I'll show you a Shadow Curse!
Hey! Someones fighting those Gnolls out there, we should hel... SHUT UP AND HIDE OLLY
There more stuff, but it would take a lot of time to make a video or something like my other mod. It'll all be a surprise!
Again - This mod is NOT done, and won't be worked on until QoL improvements (if it ever happens)
The spells are not balanced in terms of numbers, I think some do way too much or too little. In it's current state its more of a sandbox have fun kind of experience, rather than a challenging one (which was the original intention)
Last Note - Hope at least one person out there enjoys this (unfinished) project. It's a bit sad to upload in this state, but I might as well do it now, since there is a chance it will never be finished. I rarely log on Nexus (the last time I logged on was a few months ago) but I'll check in the next few days to fix any really blatant issues if someone posts one. Have fun! (hopefully)
