This is my personal Durge, Seth
He was inspired partly by Seth from Ennead, who is the Egyptian God of the Desert, hence why I named him Seth
The piercings may not be perfectly on but I really don't feel like adjusting them anymore
I'm not going to convert him to Tiefling anytime soon as its a big pain in the butt, especially when I don't play as Tiefling
