Extract the .Zip file copy the BODY folder
paste the files Here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\unique_tav
If you only want one, open the BODY folder and copy the desired folder to this path
