What does this mod do?

This mod gives Mizora the clown makeup from the circus to reflect on her true personality of being an absolute clown she is.

Accompanied with portrait change hence the override.

There are three versions:

  • Clown Mizora: Gives Mizora the clown makeup.
  • Jester Mizora: Gives Mizora the clown makeup alongside clown outfit.
  • Loose Edition: Loose files edition with the makeup only.
Personal Author Insight: While every single other character gets to have their chance of catharsis concerning their abusers, Wyll never gets the chance to have his own catharsis or proper closure either game-wise or epilogue-wise. For Mizora to hang out in camp casually next to Wyll is no different than having Cazador or Gortash hanging around in camp at the start of Act III.

This mod while a joke mod, is also the smallest attempts to give Wyll and fellow Wyll fans some sense of closure.

Compatibility

This mod should be compatible with any mod that does not edit the following:

Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\_Creatures\Cambion\CAMBION_F_NKD\CAMBION_F_NKD_Head_Mizora\Resources\CAMBION_F_NKD_Head_Mizora_HMVY.DDS

It should be compatible with any mod that does not change Mizora's CharacterVisuals.

Notes

PATCH 7 | To install for Patch 7, the latest updated version of BG3 ModManager is required

PATCH 7 | This is a loose file mod, meaning that it is unaffected by the new Mod System

  • To install .pak: Download the .rar and import the mod from Mod Manager. PATCH 7 COMPATIBLE
  • To Install loose files: Simply drop the folder in \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data PATCH 7 COMPATIBLE
  • During gameplay, face textures will show once you get close to Mizora, I have no idea why this happens.
  • There is an invisible gap in Mizora's footwear in the jester version, I like the outfit mixup too much to change it to be honest.
  • Since the Clown Makeup is baked into her textures, it will be present 24/7 so it will be clown time during other scenes too.
