List of Enhancements
- Dynamically adjusting the contrast of the image according to the range of brightness levels it contains.
- DPX colour grading.
- Adding a subtle 'colour bloom' around glowing objects.
- Adding distance fog.
- Tonemapping for fake HDR, adds a nice contrast curve.
- Adaptive Depth of Field for a light bokeh during conversations.
- Sharpening the image.
- Slightly increasing blues and slightly decreasing reds.
- Effect that mimics obscurance and irradiance in the scene at a large scale.
- Gamma corrected subtle bloom effect.
- Simple anti-aliasing effect (makes jaggies smooth).
- Global Illumination and subsurface scattering. Using this with a tight depth so it only shows during conversations.
- High quality screen space ambient occlusion (approximating shadows around objects - can look a little strange in heavy fog).
- Adding a subtle filmic grain effect over the scene.
- Very slight darkening of the edges of the scene with a vignette.
- Adjustment over the grading of shadows, midtones and highlights.
