Adds 13 pearly and glitter dice skins.
Currently in beta. It works, but due to issues getting the coding that I wrote to work properly, the current beta file piggybacks off of Koriik's coding from Dice Set Expansion, so unfortunately atm it isn't compatible with Koriik's 13 dice set main file (it is compatible with Koriik's one die Home Brew file or any mod that uses that file as it's template). Once I figure out the issue I will resolve that. I'm good at texturing, not so much coding. Hopefully the tutorial Koriik has in the works will open my eyes to whatever error I've made.
