I had this mod on my to-do list for a while, ended up making it without realizing Ellie's Head mod by ANiceOakTree already included an optional file with the tattoo, so feel free to go check their version out! They're not identical as I've noticed mine has slightly different placement but I just wanted to release this anyway since I spent the time making it :)
INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Drag and drop the "Generated" folder inside your BG3 folder (located wherever your Steam games are installed, SteamLibrary > steamapps > Baldur's Gate 3 > Data)
