Matching that of UA8 and the upcoming 2024 PHB, the Monk's Bonus Unarmed Strike is no longer tied to the Attack action.

Martial Arts: Bonus Unarmed Strike is a Monk passive feature that grants 
Unarmed Strike (Monk) using a 
Bonus action.
Description: You can make an unarmed attack as a bonus action.
