Hi friends! I decided to dabble in making my own mods and started very small with a simple bindi replacer for one of my tavs! and I thought it would be nice to share it with anyone else who wants it. :]
Unfortunately the size and symmetry of the bindi is completely dependent on the head model you're using, so it's not always going to look good. Here's an example of one that looks a little off:
There isn't really a feasible way to fix this that I know of, sorry !!
Installation
This is a replacer mod of assets already in the game, meaning it needs to be manually installed and will not work with any other face tattoo mods you might have!! To install, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data and drop in the Generated folder!
!!! If you already have a Generated folder from installing other assets this way, make sure you're not replacing anything you've already added! Just in case, the full address for this mod is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Models\_SharedAssets\SHARED_Atlas\Resources
So if, for example, you have unique tav installed, you'd just want to drop the Characters folder from the .rar file into the Assets folder, and so on. IDK if I actually need to warn people about this but I figured it couldn't hurt to mention.
