I am reruning the game with patch8 and noticed a few bugs.
The team of Moonglasses is working hard to fix the toolkit since patch 8.
When they are ready, I will be able to fix bugs on the mod again.
Until then we will have to wait a little bit.

Concerning patch 8: I noticed no crash launching a game with the mod.
It seems to work fine with patch 8 so far, fingers crossed!

I updated the mod with the following changes:

  -Bugfix:
    -string giant in the loose -> giant on the loose ✔
    -Kchain not present in act2 -> script modified ✔
    -remove clickable box on act 1 beach -> deleted ✔

Hi everyone! I have been working on the mod for the past months (more than a year now!). I changed the name for Fangs And Skulls.
I am now close to release a pre-alpha version. It is a matter of days or a few weeks top.
I am preparing a small trailer for the mod, and I need to work on this page, some youtube content and open a tipee like stuff.
I will update the description, here is a resume of what it is coming in the mod:
    -2 new maps (act 2 & 3)
    -1 new quest line (act 1 & 2 & 3)
    -few new additional quests
    -new encounters
    -new equipments
    -new spells
    -a new trader
    -fun and challenge
    -some old acquaintances

Story



The events surrounding Bhaal's children at Baldur's Gate drew to a close, and the land around the Moonrise Towers became cursed and plunged into shadows, a new cabal led by vampires came to haunt these lands.



Attracted by a land under perpetual darkness, these vampires are looking for a stronghold to settle in, and beware of those who dare stand in their way!
It is said that the favorite of the vile child of Bhaal is at their head, 'recruiting' all the dark souls ready to serve her new family.



Meanwhile, zombified frost giants have been spotted near the druids' grove...



Could there be a link between these events?






3 New Evolving Equipments

These unique items would require some exploration and fight to acquire. They can be improved if you fulfill the conditions. The conditions are unique for each equipment.

19 new dyes to customize your equipment, all have been made out of the new armors included in the mod so you can match other equipments to your new favorite armor !




New Spell: Conjure Animals

Druids and Rangers : Summon 3 creatures from a list depending on the casting level
(level 3 spell with level 4-5-6 declinations)






New Spell: Conjure Fiend

Warlocks, Wizards and Sorcerers : Summon a fiend on you side but acting on is own
(level 3 spell with level 4-5-6 declinations)











Mods Recommendations



For a better experience here are the mod(s) I recommend to accompany Fangs and Skulls:

- Any mod that allow a slower XP progression. Fangs and Skulls add encounters and quests so it adds XP rewards.
  To equilibrate this, I recommend using a mod that increase the XP required to level up such as Custom XP.
  Using x1.25, x1.33 or x1.5 factors should give you a better general experience.

LIGHT WALKTHROUGH section: SPOILER ALERT


If you want to be sure not to miss anything but still want to discover things by yourself



ACT I
  Vendor: KChain and Jaghut
    -They are quietly chilling near the Druid Grove teleporter

  Zombie giants
    -The zombie giants are in three locations.
    -You can speak to a hidden gnome for the quest (near tollhouse).
    -The chief of the zombies is hidden in a cave next to the tollhouse.

  Lynviddach
    Lynviddach is one of the new evolving items, it can only be obtained with Karlach in your party
    -With Karlach, go fight the Tyr paladins in the tollhouse
    -After that, go to the bridge with the dead gnolls, a new character should be there.

  Heads Or Tails
    Heads Or Tails is one of the new evolving items
    -Go to the Underdark, in the Séluné little temple
    -Fight the drow assassin

  Gorgonotaur
    In the Underdark, there is new cave entrance not far after the temple of Selune.

ACT II
    Vendor: KChain and Jaghut
    -They are quietly chilling near the Shadowed Battefield teleporter

  Road to the new area
    -To find the way to the new area, find and follow the roadsign
    -Down the path you will meet Kivan and Alora, you can talk to them and get a quest
    -Continue and go to St Roustan

  St Roustan Hamlet Area
    Chauntea Paladin
      -To find her, go in the temple in the village
      -For her quest, follow the path outside the village to the river and turn right before the bridge, you will find the giants at the end of the road

    Villagers
      -They are hidden under the temple
      -You can get a quest from them
      -You need to go the Manor and the Cemetary to find your targets:
      NB: before killing the vampires for this quest you can work for the vampires.
        -After the bridge on the right, cemetary
        -After killing them all, make sure to use the coffin to complete this part of the quest.
        -After the bridge upfront, Manor
        -To complete this quest, kill everybody in the manor, get the loots.
        -And after that, use the hatch to go under
        -Kill everybody again, and use the coffins to complete this part of the quest.
        -Make sure to get the chest content
     
    Vampires
      -Find the manor, after the bridge upfront
      -In the Greenhouse you will start a dialog with Tamoko.
      -First quest: find and kill the Thorms: Malus, Gerringothe, Thisobald
      -Second quest: kill Ketheric Thorm
      -Report to Tamoko.
      -After that, don't forget to get the loots and may be finish the villagers quest.

ACT III
  Vendor: KChain and Jaghut
    -They are quietly chilling near the Baldur statue
     
  Athkatlan party
    -This is the group you have to talk to to continue the main quest
    -Next use the portal thanks to the Rogue Stone in your inventory

  Frost Giants
    -Now you are in a new small map, fight your way to the little fortress
    -After the boss fight, make sure to get all the loots and chests. If you allied with the Athkatlans,
    go back report to them before using the next portal to get a first reward.
    -Using the next portal, you arrive in a new jungle like area.

  Welcome to the jungle
    -This area is like an open dungeon, make sure to explore it all to get all the fights and loots.
    List of the fights:
      -Wild dwarves wandering party
      -Wild dwarves camp
      -Negation Party
      -Goblins party
      -Timorax: Location
      -Malarites couple with Alioramuses
      -DemiGiants village
      -DemiGiant Hermit
      -Crab Clan village
    -To advance the quest you need to find the Keeper Temple
    -Go down the path fighting the halflings.
    -Fight the Keeper and its creations
    -Get the loots and use the unlocked portal

  Final
    -Now you are in the Final Area of the quest:
    -Walk your way to the table room
    -Fight the bosses
    -Make sure to get all the loots
    -Go back report to the Athkatlans to end the quest and get your reward.
    -Bravo!

    -The chief of the zombies is hidden in a cave next to the tollhouse (the rock hiding the entrance is an illusion, you can walk through if you failed your ability check): Location: ~ 90;600

        Make sure to collect all the three important items:
