This is a fork of Zerd's original RAW mod for SomaCoder's BG3 53 collection.
This removes the seated short rest requirement, which sometimes becomes stuck.
While the original purpose of this was to limit Arcane Recovery to only Short Rest periods, given the number of Short Rests is fixed, this is less crucial to matching Tabletop Balance.
Because Seated Short Rest, and its subsequent spell use to exit, often fail, I am removing until I find a better systemic fix for Collection.
