You have to factor in that mods constantly change, update and evolve -- when I first did this photo set, neck seams were an issue. Now, as you know, they are not. But with said improvements come changes (case and point, there are now currently two different versions of that hair and three versions of that head.). That said, the mods listed were the mods used.
the hair is explained down below, and the head is most likely elf D1 from Other Heads For Your Character
(Maybe it's one of the "half lives D1 or elves D2" I don't know what it is...)
Would you be kind enough to specify which head you used from the mod you linked? It was really great you linked the mod above - but looking through the images, I can't quite pinpoint which head you actually used.

edit: I've just installed Tav's Hair Salon (both the normal hairs, and the autosnap), and I don't see your hair in the game (there are a lot of new hairs, but not your one) - was your hair definitely from Tav's? EDIT 2: Just in case anybody is curious - the hair is actually a vanilla hair, unlocked in the CC with this mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/10?tab=description
