Some mod, or bug cause problems with Halsin romance progression. I had conversation with him, told that im with Astarion, he ask me to talk with him, i did it. But when he ask if i spoke with my partner, i said Yes, than conversation finished (i remember that i should have one more dialogue, but haven't) and romance scene not shows up  and Halsin counting to ask me if i spoke with my partner. Can someone help me? I think its some mod, because i never had problem before.

    Hi, I'm not sure if it's a mod, but I had a similar issue a while back.  I had to reload a save before the romance dialogue started with Halsin and run through the dialogue all over again. That seemed to fix it for me.  I don't know if it will help you, but I guess you can give it a try if you saved recently.  If you didn't save before the romance dialogue, you can try saving and then taking a long rest.
