I have head cannon that she's always wearing a fringe to cover her scars. She don't remember how she got them. I've also made a little scar for her chest because I wanted something subtle for Durge as I believe she almost healed after what she's been through but something is left.

And I love how the details of appearance echo their pasts...
My first character was a drow Tav but when I played first time as Durge I can't play anything else. It adds so much to the story.
Although my first Tav was also a drow... too many dark elves in this game lol
Each Tav has to be incorporated into the story in a different way, it can be tricky
