it shouldn't have any negative effect on your game :) it's just telling the game that Wyll is human instead of devil, just like if you'd never gotten him punished in the first place. In act 3 I still have Mizora in my camp hanging out and I still have Wyll's questline active.
This is probably super annoying, but can you share which mods were used here? He's so beautiful, I'd love to add these to Wyll in my next playthrough :')
the mods I used were Horns of Faerun, Basket of Equipment (succubus underwear and then various skins over the top in the cosmetics bag), Cosmetics Bag, Wyll's Bloodstone Eye and I used the script console command to "remove" his demon transformed status (you can find it on the description for Appearance Edit Enhanced) and then used Appearance Edit Enhanced to add the horns back in, change his hair, tattoos, add the beard and change his eye color.
