Damaged Armor of the Soulshepherd: A second copy of the armor is in the Githyanki Creche prison area on a skeleton of an Executed Dread Cultist.

Scythe of the Deathmage: In the Githyanki Creche prison area on the same skeleton of an Executed Dread Cultist as the second copy of the Damaged Armor of the Soulshepherd.

Reforged Armor of the Soulshepherd: Find the blueprints gifted by a Totem of the Necromancer in the Ancient Forge and follow the instructions by examining the blueprints.

Bone Staff of the Occultist: Inside the True Soul Gut's prison on a skeleton of an Executed Dread Cultist.

Bone Staff of Corruption: Reach level 8 in Dread Overlord levels as a Pact of Tome warlock.

Cauldron of Immolation: Gifted by a Totem of the Necromancer in Auntie Ethel's basement lair in Act 3.

Corrupted Myconid Bloom: Find the blueprints gifted by a Totem of the Necromancer in the Myconid Colony and follow the instructions by examining the blueprints. Climb the mushroom steps to the left of Spaw, between Thulla and Spaw. There is a mushroom stairs between Thulla (the injured gnome) and Spaw.

Scythe of the Dracolich: According to legends:

In ancient lairs, where a totem stand,
A relic of power, both mighty and grand.
For under the city's dark embrace,
The scythe awaits in its timeless place.

      Enter Guts room if you know where that is (Door to it is in her 'office'), once you enter the room its the cells to the right as soon as you go through the door

    The mod is so great but what bothers me is, when you get the Scythe of the Deathmage, my tav is just carrying it all the time. I assumed that it may be too big, but when you get the second staff, it is the same

    Is there a way to still use Neres head if you killed Spaw? Or could you add a way to use his normal head or something instead for that craft? I’m playing an evil playthrough and they attacked me so now I can’t unlock the Corrupted Myconid Bloom

    So, im trying to find the Scythe of the Dracolich, I've been to Ansur, killed Mystic Carion, went to his lair on got that totem, but the scythe wasn't there... did it maybe not spawn in or am i just completely lost?

    I don't need the Scythe of the Deathmage to get the Scythe of the Dracolich, do I?  I just realized that I skipped that skeleton.
