Note: I personally believe a large amount of the fun to be had from a game like this is experiencing new monsters for the first time, so I'm putting this information in an out-of-the-way place. I realize this could be a useful reference though, whether you've done many battles already and want to quickly check if there is more new content, or if you're skimming through and want to see if a boss you're personally interested in is part the mod before you try it.

A list of all customized bosses currently available within Trials of Tav Reloaded, separated into two categories:

  • Bosses that were remixed by TOTR to make them more unique, more challenging, and/or replace mechanics specific to story events, such as Raphael's Soul Pillars.
  • Bosses that are fully original to TOTR, adapted from tabletop 5e material and/or BG3's narrative.

Side-note: This is not a list of all monsters, nor a list of all custom monsters. "Boss" itself is largely an arbitrary word in D&D 5th Edition as well; it has no mechanical meaning and is largely subjective.

This is just a list of unique creatures in TOTR Version 2.2.0.1 that one might reasonably consider "Bosses", that fit the above two categories. Bosses that are entirely or near-entirely unchanged from the base game are not listed here. TOTR contains every Legendary creature in BG3 except for the Netherbrain, and almost-if-not all specific creatures with powerful unique abilities, such as Nine-Fingers Keene.
