Over the years I have always found it very hard and time-consuming to find high quality, lore friendly portraits online that stick to the Baldur's Gate art theme. So I have collected the very best portraits for you I could find online and save you the time trying to find good portraits for your characters.

If your looking for even better quality BGII or BGII: TOB portraits then what's presented here I highly recommend NolSol's AI Generated Portraits. He's done an absolute amazing job of improving them over the BGII originals. They're best I've ever seen that still hold to the official feel and canon of Baldur's Gate II: Here

// I simply added a few things and enhanced some of the portraits to keep them unique and at a higher state of quality as some are very old. Some have been downloaded, resized and re-uploaded so much that they had become pixeled and faded. So some you might recognize some of the portraits but are somewhat different as I have updated them to make sure they retain the quality and art style of the game.
// I have also included portraits for Baldur's Gate 1 that are more darker, gritty and suit the original art style of the vanilla game. There are also some portraits that go with the original vanilla Baldur's Gate 2 portraits too that look close to the game's theme. It's really hard to find high-quality Baldur's Gate 2 style portraits online so if you find any and want them added, please message me or post a comment.
Please Note: I take absolutely no credit for the amazing artwork that is displayed in these portraits and I would love to give credit to all the artists who worked very hard to make these pieces of artwork. They are truly beautiful.
