About this mod

This allows the Archer kit to achieve Grand Master weapon proficiency in Slings and Darts to go along with their default Bows and Crossbows.
Note that this will also add Grand Mastery to Fighter Multiclasses, since I used a Tweaks Anthology modded file as the base which un-nerfs multiclasses.

Permissions and credits
It irked me that the Archer kit was only allowed two pips of Weapons Proficiency in Darts and Slings even though all his kit abilities work on them just as well as bows and crossbows, which he is allowed to reach five pips (Grand Mastery) in.  The Archer gives up a lot over a Fighter for his ranged abilities, but a Fighter ended up being the Archer's near equal in darts and his superior in slings due to his ability to reach Grand Mastery in them.  There's no in-universe reason why an Archer shouldn't be able to train in Darts and Slings as much as a bow.  They're not graduates of an archery school which prohibits any other weapon, their abilities are not limited to bows, and darts and slings are equally good weapons.  
So I added in Grand Mastery in those weapons.
This opens up more avenues for character building.
