Modify many abilities to reduce their cooldown to 3-10 seconds. There are many abilities that I changed so that I don't remember each of them LOL... You can check the picture for some abilities. You can also check in-game. The new cooldown will be shown in the UI.

It will most likely conflict with any other mod that changes other ability -- since it also modify the same file, which is: DT_AbilityStatsData.uasset

Thanks so much for the people in the Unreal Engine Modding Discord, especially Narknon who made the retoc, compatible with Avowed.
