About this mod
High level Escort and or low level frigate. Something to fill in the gap between escort and frigate. Definitely better than the beginning ship without having to grind more or less on just getting a better ship. Everything can be edited in the ship editor, the ship is yours.

The unique design. I tried to come up with something completely different. Something the pilot had manufactured for their own specifications. Way better than the starter ship, but if it's overpowered don't fill all the turrets. There are 4 active turrets each on one of 4 wings. I wanted something to feel like it was pulling, not pushing, on the ship to move it forward.
To add the ship to edit or add it to the regular cycle of ships in the shipyard at stations take the .txt file and .png file (so you can see a profile pic of your ship in the editor or shipyard) and add them to MOD/ships
something like: SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Astrox Imperium/Astrox Imperium_data/MOD/ships
If there is something you want to change, simply select "mod tools" at the title screen. Select "ship editor". look for "jay_star_wing" under ships to load. Here any stats or designs can be altered. "Raw stats" is where you adjust the Shield, Armor, etc stats of the ship to your personal preference, just save and the new ships will be updated. Hey if you want unlimited turrets, why not?
If you want the ship to be readily available for purchase immediately simply go to something like: SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Astrox Imperium_data/Mod/saves/username/stations. Then under stations select sector_0_station_0.txt. This will add the ship for instant purchase at the Biomate University in Void Starcross sector.
In the sector_0_station_0.txt file add this to the .txt under <HANGER> Make a new line.
SHIP;1;1.0;ship_data_(jay_star_wing).txt
This will add the ship to BIo mate University Ship yard in Void Starcross
That was my first station so maybe sector_0_station_0 is where you start out and may not be at Void Starcross. I don't know if everyone has the same starting position. Either way should be worth the hike. :)
