Nicely made skins inspired by racing history throughout the past. Completely identical mirrored logos from one side of the race cars to the other! The painted skins Michael Angelo and Picasso would be proud of. Many hours of work and testing hath been done.
2/3/2024 Update chassis damage added, gauges fixed and shadows at 2048! I re-edited the extension config and kn5 for the windows, rims, wiper and skins etc.. The dash and gauges are not so bright from other cars headlights closely behind. I repositioned the Bosch logo on the front bumper, I also fixed the headlight variables on the Nissan to that of the Kunos Porsche Longtail's instances.
I fixed the Nissan's kn5 file to set diffuse, specular and fresnel on nearly all materials etc.. I give advice for users that mod their game with cars or tracks, using the 4096 skins you have to set the shadows to 1024 or you can expect some flickering. Turning off rim shadows and turning on Nvidia ambient occlusion will give a better shade and color on the materials.
Use Fake Shadows Fx on this car, smart shadows are fine also! Note various cars and tracks that are purchased or downloaded free do not have Kunos or CSP standard rendering. Some do and meet the requirements for shaders and are compatible.
I would render and test the game using default cars and tracks then use it as a reference to examine those other things.
Instructions;
1. Delete all skins out of your Nissan GTP ZX skin folder.
2. In my Custom paint schemes nicely done four pack plus Fix N Tune download place the content and extension folders in your Assetto Corsa's main folder and overwrite all files.
I've included a headlights adjustment for the Mazda 787B, Mercedes C9, Porsche Longtail, Porsche Shortail, Toyota Eagle MK3 and the Nissan GTP ZX IMSA; they're closely matched to all other Kuno's vehicle headlights for darker tracks where it's difficult to see.
