So.. I remember pulling my save out from the folder and calling it "Visited once" after finishing all coop missions, but not the heists yet - and that doesnt make sense, since you need both coop and heists for that achievement. I think that was supossed to be "I got skills". I'm not 100% sure about it. Im uploading it here for you to test it, if its correct save or not, but I think its this save, just upgrade all your skills and that should be it. Write in the comments if it works.
