OVERVIEW:
This reshade boosts the cinematic clarity of Assassin's Creed Unity. I aimed to make the game look realistic and cinematic at the same time. I make these reshades for a better experience when playing, but thought I might as well share them with the internet :)
The main version adds many changes to the games look. When compared to the other version, it keeps night and details rich with darkness to add more immersion, although it is much harder to see in.
The less dark version is the same as the main one but makes shadows less dark, adding much more visibility but also less realism in other areas of the game as a result, for example: less detail in buildings, fabrics, or window sill shadows.
INSTALLATION:
1: Download the latest version of Reshade
2: Download this preset
3: Open Reshade, search and select the game
4: Choose the latest Direct X version available
5: Select this preset
6: Check all effect package options
7: Install
Hit the 'Home' Key to toggle the reshade menu.
I recommend going into the reshade settings and binding the toggle all effects key bind. That way you can easily go back an forth from vanilla view to the reshade view, in order to compare and make better tweaks.
