i extracted the files and copied the contents into the game install directory. The game doesnt launch, i can see the game icon in the taskbar but it dissappears after 2 seconds, no window popup from the game or anything, just doesnt launch.

Umm... there aren't any? I don't see any in my game, and the moviebar effect has been disabled. I don't know if there's an in-game option for those bars, but they don't stem from this Reshade.

Turned the in-game brightness up to 6 and applied this Reshade and wow, it looks a lot better. Not over the top and still suits the game well. Endorsed.

Dude.. absolutely outstanding! The shitty FXAA option the game has is just pathetic, even at 4K (DSR via a couple original Titans).

Horizontal crawlers bother me even more than jags, and jags bother me a LOT. Spent the last 3 days screwing around inside NVidia Inspector trying to get SGSSAA working, without success.

Finally looked for a mod, grabbed this sucker, confirmed it works then reset my nv profile and increased ambient occlusion to max quality inside it, increased the SMAA quality related settings in the swfx configuration and just spent 10 minutes testing in a jungle and town.

At full 3840x2160 and SweetFx the game is finally bumping my titan clocks just over the 1K mark each, locked at 60hz and holy shitballz.... this game now looks fucking amazing and still running like hot butter no matter what's on the screen or where I am.

Thanks a LOT for getting this configured to work with AC Rogue for folks! I've never messed with it yet so I'm sure it would have taken a while for me to go get it raw and try to make it work and look good.

With what you have here it's all knocked out leaving only a bit of tuning left for each player to screw with until it looks exactly the way they want.

    Really, really appreciate it! Endorsed.

    Question:
Is it possible to apply this specific SweetFX as-is against any other DX10+ game ? With the way this looks it makes me want to experiment a shitload on some other games I have in mind to see its impact (in particular against crawlers).

Yes, you can just copy-paste the files into the files into another DX10-11 game it should usually work, although some games don't for reasons I can't determine. Still, experiment and it should work on most games! ^_^

Sorry about the late reply <3

Huh, strange. Did you unzip the files in the folder where the game's .exe is located? I'm not sure what the problem could be if it fails compiling, I'm really sorry.

Yes i unzipped everything to where the game's .exe is located

Maybe it's an uplay error i don't know

Edit: I made it work by reinstalling the game on my D drive, so far it looks really good thank you for the reshade
