If you're like me, then the Assassin Killer outfit is your favorite outfit in the franchise, but with one exception; that mask being up all the time makes Shay look crazy. Thanks to help from Jinouga I was able to lower the mask and have the functionality of it remain.
To install simply place the forge file in your Rogue root folder. I will not be making a data replace version because I made this mod months ago and am just now uploading so I don't know how to do that.
