You will need anvitool to use the mod simply put file in to the extracted data pc forge and the repack it (save a back up before trying my mod, because this is my first one) If your game crashes just use the backup and let me know so I can figure it out if its not working if you do the little errand mission the mask will stay on and it look...well strange
