Hey, i'd like to install this mod, but the instructions are super unclear: Where can i find the resorep folder? It's not in the Origins main folder, nor the Windows directory, so where am i supposed to look?...
Also, the files in the download are just the .dds files, do i need to decompress the game's files beforehand or what do i need to do with this, because dds files are not just going to be detected by dropping them in a random folder... And there's no dllsettings.ini or txt file.
If i'm supposed to use some third party program i don't know about, honestly at least link to it, because i don't understand any of this. I'm sure the mod is great, just, the installation instructions need a rewrite.
You need to follow a video on youtube called "AC Odyssey Modding Guide - Resorep, Forger, Cheat Engine" made by Negative Zero. You only need Resorep for these mods though.

Just one question though, like some other people my shoulder pad is still the original blue metal rather than rusty. Is there something not quite right with the mod or do I need to do some extra install steps? As I said it's a really cool outfit so thanks!
i'll checj the files to see if the shoulder plate is there, but i think it is. i just don't have the time to adm my mods right now, but when I can i will update valhalla mods e review the older mods too.
You seriously need to work on install instructions. You didn't even mention that resorep is needed - you just implied it was already there. How are new people supposed to know that? Now my game is broken and have to re-install...
So this is the best mod for this game in my opinion. It is the reason I want to start a new playthrough.
But I have the same problem with the shoulder colour - it doesn´t change its appeareance.
Did I install it manually? No, I tried but the game didn´t start after that. I had to reinstall the game. So I downloaded Resorep (you should mention that under requirements), hooked the game, copied one resorep file to system32 and it worked - but not the shoulder. I downloaded only two Mod-files, I didn´t download the second file for the breastplate, because I want this texture shown as from the mod author expected.
My question - which dds file should change the appeareance/colour of the metal parts?
Hi, not sure if you're still working on this mod, but I'm having trouble getting the shoulder pad and the bracers to change to rusty color. They are still remaining in their normal vanilla state. Tried a bunch of stuff, can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas?

It looks really good in game, however my chest plate is still visible with the outfit. I did not install the breastplate add on.
Was I supposed to install that as well for the invisible plate?
