First open the right folder depending on if you have a AMD or Nvidia graphics card, then simply drop all files in the Assassin's Creed Origins main folder where the .exe is located
Once ingame, press caps lock to toggle the HUD on or off. If you have an xbox controller press the left thumb stick to toggle the HUD.
You can also toggle off swords trails, arrow trails, enemy outlines, stealth shine, and the shining from loot bags with H. The ACP (animus control panel) watermark will also toggle off with H.
Also note that toggling the HUD will also toggle menus off, so you have to toggle the HUD back on when using menus.
If you want to change the key and button bindings, simply open d3dx.ini and find these: [Key1] Key = caps
