What do you want with bin? Watch the video, read the effing manual. That's a ReShade preset only, do you know what ReShade even is? How to install it? Again... there's a video how to install ReShade, to begin with. Guess, why? THEN you use these presets and copy the folders and inis where they belong in yer game directory. With ReShade installed correctly you obviously will have a ReShade folder. No bin-folder though, dunno who told you it would need one. It's the same for both Steam or Ubi-versions. ReShade always works the same for all games: You have to install it in the respective game's root folder. Follow its installation instruction along, and re-run the ReShade.exe to uninstall an already installed ReShade.
