Used UHG ReShade as a base and tweaked all of the settings for a realistic feel that keeps the vanilla color scheme while not being too taxing. Version I used as template can be found here:

Just a simple ReShade preset for AC Odyssey.
I took UHG's "Realistic ReShade" preset (Which can be found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/assassinscreedodyssey/mods/95) and made some minor tweaks to make it a bit less intrusive while still keeping a good realistic feel. Some minor monochrome and other enhancements while removing some other effects to allow for a good, realistic look without performance drop.
