A hotfix to the Queen Annes Revenge's most notorious sound bug! plus added features

A big HOTFIX to the Queen Annes Revenge's buggy sounds!
after countless trial and errors, I finally managed to fix the QARs sound. Now you can hear the roar of her cannons at ANY POINT OF THE MAP!
NOTES: - Added Ship Health (to make it more of a frigate than a brig)
- SwivelGuns Improved (You can now chain hold with the swivelgun)
- Improved Chainshot
- Travel Speed works
- Boarding Enemy Ship works
- Renders on internal Ports
Soundfixes - you can hear the sails when trimming or setting sail
- Anchor sounds works (the splash thing you hear after leaving the helm)
- Chainshot sound works
- Broadside cannon sound works anywhere on the map!
