This mod requires AnvilToolkit 1.0.0 to install. Later versions do not work for Assassin's Creed II.

This is just a simple mesh-swap mod to replace Altaïr's outfit with either Ezio's Florentine Noble Attire, his soldier disguise, Desmond Miles, or the Armor of Altaïr. It does not replace his model during the dream sequence, so you don't have to worry about the mod breaking your immersion during a playthrough.

Since these skins replace Altaïr's outfit, they cannot be used unless you already have a save game with the outfit unlocked, as it can no longer be redeemed through Uplay. You can use the this save file to unlock the outfit, but using it will erase any existing story save you currently have.

The soldier's disguise changes some of Ezio's animations. It's also the only outfit besides the Armor of Altaïr that has dual hidden blades.

Desmond's outfit does not have his hidden blade bracer. There is only one model for Desmond in the game's files, so his bracer is related to story progression, not the model. I do not know yet if the bracer would appear on the skin after completing the game's story, but I doubt it.

The Armor of Altaïr shows younger Ezio, without his beard. I do not know yet if this skin would show character progressions like the Metal Cestus or Ezio's older face texture, but by that point in the game it would be redundant to have anyway, since you would be at or near the point of unlocking the armor properly.

Big thanks to th3kill for all his help answering questions and showing me how to put this mod together.
