Removes the outline, shimmer and glitch effects of NPCs in normal play and lock on modes.

Uses Reshade Shader toggler to remove/modify the shaders associated with the glitch effects and outlines of NPCs.
This mod may have unintended effects on other graphics. Like eagle vision, fire, and smoke effects not working. Toggle the effects you want to have off/on using the hotkeys
INSTALL
Extract ACBoutlineremover.7z into the game folder where ACBSP.exe is located
Press [Home] to open Reshade menu, navigate to the "addons-tab" and open the Shader toggler drop down. Here you can view the hotkeys ([/], [\], [=] ,[Capslock]) by default.
