Assassin's Creed

Hello everyone.

I have some updates I want to share with you, but first, thank you for all of the support. This mod is currently 3rd most popular Assassin's Creed mod on Nexusmods. I truly didn't expect this, but here we are and again thank you. Again this wouldn't be possible without you or any of the mod creators whose mods were used in creating this.

I've been on standby since releasing the mod in it's 1.0 and waiting for people to report on bugs so I can squash them and make this the definitive way of playing good old Assassin's Creed. Now that the mod is in a really good spot (unlike in it's BETA phase that was terrible and I'm sorry for that, but we survived it), I'm going to leave it be. I will still do some tweaks and updates (Which I'll talk about later), but about 90% will be just bugfixes.

I started working on the Ezio Trilogy. I have had everything ready for about 10 months now for Ezio Trilogy, but I wanted to wait until I became good enough with programming and designing UI and now I think it's perfect time to start. I personally like the new 1.0 interface (While I liked that BETA one that was heavily inspired by Nixxes PC ports, I wanted to create something of my own) and you can expect Ezio Trilogy to be looking similar to it. And yes you heard me right, all 3 games are getting the Remastering treatment (Powered by AC community of mod makers and me just making it all install in 1 click and work flawlessly, but that's nothing compared to what these mod makers did).
Currently I have working interface and I'm slowly making progress with AC2. It's launching so that's something.

Image below shows combined launcher which will open Launcher for that specific title. I fell in love with this background immediately when I saw it (Credits go towards kokenunezworks on Reddit and Artstation for making this masterpiece, really kudos to him)

Another image that shows how Assassin's Creed 2 "Launcher" will look and compared to the one in Assassin's Creed 1 Remastered (Community Edition). Like I said above, it will look really similar to this one, but just more refined. And yes, these tweaks will come to Assassin's Creed 1 Remastered Launcher as well, but after I release The Ezio Trilogy.

All Ezio games will receive some sort of modification and some tweaks (depending on the game, because at the end of the day, the goal of these Remasters, both AC1 and Ezio games is to make all games look as close to Assassin's Creed Revelations as possible).

Everything made by me will of course be fully open source on Github just like with Assassin's Creed 1.

Release date of this will be when it's done. There won't be BETA testing for these games because all games use uMod for Texture mods and other stuff is just trial and error on my side until it works so I don't see a need for BETA testing.

I'll definitely update you when it's going to be released. My plans are to release it before Mirage, but you never know.

Until next time, take care.

Goodluck shazzaam I hope progess on the project is going good. I'm excited for this to release. I've always liked the way Altair looked in his missions in Revelations, This mod will make the games have more visual consistency.
